We have aligned our processes in a manner that it allows customers to choose, purchase and have the vehicle delivered to their port in the least possible time. It’s all about trust, like repetition in choosing us over the years by customers for their vehicle purchases as they always able to find what they are looking for on our website. As we updated vehicles daily, customer will be easily able to locate the vehicle that fits his needs and budget.

Order Placement

After finding the vehicle of his choice, customer will fill out a simple form on our website and his account manager will get back to him and giving complete details on his chosen vehicle. If he decide to purchase the vehicle then his order will be confirmed and issued him an invoice.

Payment

PNC Japan has the most flexible payment terms in the market. To move ahead customer will be required to make the payment as per the invoice issued to him.

Shipment

After getting the initial or full payment is done, as per the decided terms we will ship the vehicle to the desired port at priority basis. We always sent a shipping schedule that provides the complete information of the delivery of your vehicle.

Courier

All the required documents for customs clearance will be sent to the customer through courier services. The documents sent to the customers include:

Export Certificate
Bill Of Lading
Final Invoice
Marine Insurance (if required)

Vehicle Delivery at port

We delivered the vehicle to the port within scheduled time that already communicated to the customer. We always refer to bring all documents for vehicle smooth clearance from the port.

Auction Order

Signup/Registration

The first step to get the process underway is to register on the website of PNC Japan. There are no charges for signing up on the website, the users have to provide the information required and provide confirmation via email. Registering on the website will allow the users to use the portal and its functions completely.

Security Deposit

To take part in the bidding process, the customers will have to pay a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable, and will be paid back to the in case of unsuccessful bidding. If a bid is successful, the security deposit will be adjusted in the invoice amount of the vehicle won in the auction.

Bidding

The customer will select the vehicle from our portal and set bidding range. Our agents will then bid for the vehicle in the auctions and win it for the customer. The customer does not have to pay any amount for unsuccessful bids.

Auction Result

The customer will be notified of the auction result through member area on PNC Japan’s website and also via email. If the bid is successful, the customer will be provided with the invoice containing the CIF amount of the vehicle and payment methods.

Make the Payment

PNC Japan provides the most flexible payment options in the market. To proceed forward, you will be required to make the payment as per the invoice sent.

Shipment and Documentation

The shipment process will begin as soon as the payment is received and confirmed. The documents required for customs clearance will be sent to the customer through courier services. The documents sent to the customers include:

1. Export Certificate
2. Bill Of Lading
3. Final Invoice
4. Marine Insurance (if required)
5. Inspection Certificate from Japan Auto Appraisal Institute (JAAI) / Japan Vehicle Inspection Association (JEVIC) and other inspections (if required)

Vehicle Delivered to the Port

The vehicle will be delivered to the port as per the schedule, which will be communicated to the customer. It is suggested that the customers bring all the documents for the clearing process so that the process can be completed smoothly.
